Squat Pulses + Dumbbell Passes

Start standing with your feet Shoulder-width apart 
Grab dumbbell with one hand,stretch other arm  out To your side .
Perform a squat and hold it at the bottom as you pulse a few inches up and down.
Quickly switch arms after 2-3 puleses and repeat.
